The Teeth of Sekorath are a set of forty ancient relics connected to the predatory sea power Sekorath. Surviving accounts describe them as teeth or tooth-like objects and consistently treat the complete set as capable of participating in rites far more powerful than any single relic could sustain.

The Skyre Folk once maintained custody or watch over the Teeth after Sekorath ceased to hold power openly in the seas surrounding the Skyre Islands. Later wars scattered the collection. By 8722 SE, individual Teeth had begun appearing aboard ships and in the possession of militant Sahuagin, attracting the attention of the Crimson Company and the future Mistborn.

Sashara, a servant of Maritana, told the Mistborn that there were forty relics in total and that the Sahuagin cult seeking them intended to use the set to enable Sekorath’s return. By Siraver 8723, the cult controlled thirty-five of the Teeth while the Mistborn and their allies possessed the remaining five. The group eventually located a submerged temple in the Ogestead Gulf and recovered the larger collection.

The relics were taken to Bregentved, where the Mistborn defeated a Sahuagin assault intended to reclaim them. Before Asnor, Skyre, and College Arcanum leaders could determine how to dispose of or secure the set, the Nharvek-altered dragon known as the Black Echo stole the container holding them.

Zurath’ek ultimately incorporated all forty Teeth into the Apotheosis Attempt at Cinderfold. Each relic was mounted as part of a larger ritual structure surrounding the central working. Gobbles destroyed part of the supporting framework during the battle, weakening the ritual’s protections and helping prevent its completion. The final disposition of the Teeth after the collapse of the Cinderfold ritual is unknown.
