Nozur was a dwarven wizard living inland from Hagvik during the early 8720s SE. He specialized in constructs, enchanted objects, and practical arcane work, and became a recurring ally of the Mistborn.
The company first met Nozur in 8722 SE while investigating reports of uncontrolled constructs. His apprentice Nerri had disappeared after accidentally drawing a group of fungal people into Kor Sirok and attempting to help them return home. Several constructs Nozur sent to find her had also gone missing. The future Mistborn recovered Nerri, returned her to Nozur, and later resolved the conflict that had prevented the displaced people from leaving.
Nozur subsequently assisted the company from a distance with research and magical materials. When Whittaker Morganna was investigating Johan Seyler, Nozur provided information and a divinatory scroll intended to help determine whether aberrant influence was involved.
In 8723 SE, the Mistborn returned to Nozur’s tower after attacks devastated parts of the surrounding region. They found evidence that Nharvek had entered through tunnels beneath the site. The company descended into an underground complex, located Nozur in Nharvek custody, and rescued him after several battles. At least one powerful Nharvek arcanist escaped.
Nozur remained an ally afterward. During the hunt for Zurath’ek, he provided equipment used to help track the disturbances that eventually led the Mistborn to Cinderfold.
