Singoria is a settlement on the Drakefire Peninsula surrounded by productive farms, irrigated land, wetlands, and open savannah. River and coastal traffic connect it to Arkrist, and agricultural expansion has pushed cultivation increasingly into habitats that were once occupied primarily by local wildlife.
In 2026 the Drakefire Phalanx traveled to Singoria under a Casque & Gauntlet contract after repeated nighttime attacks killed livestock and damaged farms around the outskirts. Captain Dorian Kess coordinated the local response.
The investigation showed that the attacking animals were displaced rather than deliberately targeting the settlement. Expanded irrigation and development had damaged nesting areas, while two enormous burrowing predators farther south prevented the animals from moving into alternative habitat. Working with Thulman Stormtale, the Phalanx killed the burrowing creatures and opened a migration route away from the farms.
The incident became an example of the environmental pressures accompanying Singoria’s expansion. The immediate attacks ended without requiring the extermination of the displaced animals, but the underlying tension between cultivation and surrounding wild habitat remains part of the region’s development.
